Ruth F. Deubner, age 87 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday January 12, 2011 at 4:55 PM at the Brethren Retirement Community. She was born April 4, 1923 in Darke County, Ohio the daughter of the late Harry & Elizabeth (Myers) Harless. She was the co owner of C & R Pizza in Greenville.


She is preceded in death by her parents; 1st Husband: Ralph N. Ellis; 2nd Husband: Clarence “Casey” Deubner; Daughter: Linda Ellis; Brothers: Leroy, Paul, & Charles; Sisters: Opal, Mary, Emma Jane, & Rosie.

She is survived by her Sons & daughters in law: Jerry L. & Susan Ellis of Greenville, Larry J. & Becky Ellis of Greenville; 4 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; Sister in law: Betty McCullough of Greenville; & numerous nieces & nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Seeley officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
