Donna L. Meade age 79, of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 9:25 A.M. on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Village Green Healthcare Center in Greenville. Donna was born November 27, 1933 in Sidney, Ohio.
Donna is survived by her husband, Richard M. Meade whom she married December 1, 1962; sons & daughter-in-law, John Edwards of Greenville, Charles Edwards of Greenville and Richard & Karen Edwards of Greenville; daughters & son-in-law, Jennifer Tryon of Greenville and Michelle & Todd Gasper of Union City, Ohio; grandchildren, Shannon Edwards, Christina Martinez, Mitchell Tryon Jr., Crystal Miller, Kassi Frye, Kyle Edwards, Judah Gasper and Luke Edwards; great grandchildren, Austin Schutz, Ethin Schutz, Gwendalyn Miller and Corbin Frye; brothers, Wallace Rich of Greenville, Walter Rich of Greenville, William Rich of Greenville and Roy Dohme of Ansonia; sisters, Evelyn Goff of Greenville and Sharon Lingle of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Lincoln Thomas Small and Dorothy Catherine (Fashner) Small Rich; grand parents that raised her, Hall & Ruth (Shepherd) Floyd; son, Russell Edwards; and sisters, Leona Wolford and Ileen Setser.
Donna formerly worked at the Triangle and Peoples Livestock Exchange in Greenville.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, June 24, 2013 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Chaplain Candy Null officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
