Ivan is survived by his son & daughter-in-law, Michael “Mike” & Syann Neal of Greenville; grandchildren, Rhiannon Neal, Asia Cross and Ryan Neal; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers & sister-in-law, Jerry Neal of Ansonia and Wayne & Martha Neal of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother, Ivan is also preceded in death by his wife, Virginia J. (Wessels) Neal on August 24, 1995 whom he married April 25, 1964.
Ivan served in the U.S. Army. He retired from the former Sheller-Globe in Union City, Indiana.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Ron Hoeksema officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Garden in Darke County with Military graveside services conducted by the Versailles Veteran’s Honor Guard.
