Janey A. Mulvaney (January 5, 2015)

Janey A. Mulvaney age 72, of Versailles, Ohio passed away at 11:59 A.M. on Monday, January 5, 2015 at her residence. Janey was born October 4, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Claude & Ruby (Siermen) Coppock.

Janey is survived by her children, Debra L. & Robert Gallagher of Versailles, Ohio, Teri M. & Darren Shuler of Marysville, Ohio, Elizabeth A. & Charles Alexander of Springfield, Ohio, Christopher J. & Joni Mulvaney of Cincinnati, Ohio and Erin M. Weber & Josh Marshall of Versailles; grandchildren, Rebecca, Josie, Morgan, Elizabeth, Darren, Allison & Justin, Meagan, Bailey, Sydney, Keaton, Brendan, Griffin, Molly, Emma, Ethan and Katherine; great-grandchildren, Skye, Connor, Abby, Nicholas and Hailey; brothers & sisters-in-law, Bernie & Nancy Coppock of Franklin, Ohio and Andy & Lois Coppock of Huber Heights, Ohio; sisters & brothers-in-law, Judy & Loren Musgrave of Tega Cay, South Carolina, Margaret & Russel Wolfe of Chicago, Illinois and Louise & David Shiverdecker of Vandalia, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Janey was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerald L. Mulvaney on December 25, 2004 whom she married June 15, 1973; brothers, Ross, Denis and Bruce Coppock; and sisters, Josie, Betsy and Alice Coppock.

Janey retired from the Versailles School System. Janey was a 35 year member of the former Versailles United Church of Christ and recently attended the Covington Presbyterian Church in Covington, Ohio.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Covington Presbyterian Church 30 North Pearl Street Covington with Pastor Greg Kurtz officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Versailles. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles and Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the church.
