James J. VandenBosch (December 4, 2009)

James J. "Jim" VandenBosch, age 39 of rural Arlington passed away early Friday morning, December 4, 2009 at the Birchaven Health Care Center. Jim was born on December 27, 1969 in Dayton, OH to James A. and Mary E. (Rammel) VandenBosch and they survive in Greenville, OH. Carla J. Price and Jim were married on October 8, 1994 and she survives along with two children: Austin J. and Bryanna E. VandenBosch both at home. Jim has five sisters: Susan (Doug) Shields, Sarah (Ken) Rindler, Sandra, Sharon and Shirley VandenBosch all of Greenville, OH. Jim's in-laws: Joe and Elaine Price of Mt Blanchard and sister-in-laws: Rochelle (Jayson) Brake of Forest and Melanie (Kyle) Halcomb of Mt. Blanchard also survive. Jim was a self-employed contractor and farmer who enjoyed his work and took great pride in all his tasks. He was a member of Land Inprovement Contractors Association, he attended Mt. Blanchard United Methodist Church and was a former member of St. Mary,s Catholic Church , Greenville, OH Visitation will be held Sunday, December 6, 2009 from 1:00 to 7:00 PM at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. A funeral service will held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 7, 2009 at Mt Blanchard United Methodist Church with Pastor Joseph Chrisman officiating. On Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 11:00 AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Greenville, OH with Father John White officiating burial follow at the parish cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 AM till service time Wednesday. Memorials may be given to Cancer Patient Service or Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
