Reverend Roy Teague, age 78 of Greenville, Ohio met his Heavenly Father at 3:03 AM, Wednesday August 7, 2019 at Wayne Hospital, Greenville, Ohio. Born in Lee Junior, Kentucky on March 27, 1941 he was one of 8 children to the late Lela Mae (Sharp) & Isaac Nelson Teague. Roy was a member of the New Beginnings CGMA Church in Greenville, Ohio. He touched many lives, and loved to spread the word of God. Roy enjoyed talking to friends and staying in touch on Facebook. He was a family man, loved spending time with his grandchildren, had a strong faith, and will truly be missed. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-father Lawrence Seibers: siblings Helen Wynn; Margaret Taylor; Maxine Smith; Francis Rutherford; Hattie Wynn; Raymond Teague; Homer Teague.
Survived by his wife Flora H. Teague (Taylor) whom he just celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary with on July 25th: children Trena & Elmer Robbins of Broadhead, KY; Joe & Lacosta Teague of Rossburg, OH; James & Nicki Teague of Greenville, OH; Kelly & Gary Fort of Greenville, OH: 15 grandchildren: 16 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way: as well as many more family members, friends, and church family.
