Sherry L. Prasuhn, 58, of Rossburg, passed away early Sunday morning, September 16, 2012 at the St. Rita Hospital in Lima, OH.She was born February 14, 1954 in Greenville, daughter of the late Earl and Vivian L. (Snyder) Ungericht.
Sherry had worked at CVS Pharmacy in Greenville for 15 years. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Greenville, the Ansonia American Legion Auxiliary #353 for which she had served several years as President, and was active with the Girl Scouts in Ansonia having served as a leader for several years.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Ray A. Prasuhn, whom she married July 3, 1976; a daughter, Tressa (William) Emmins of Coldwater; grandchildren, Gage and Abram Emmins; brothers, Terry Ungericht and Garry (Carol) Ungericht both of Ansonia; sisters, Connie Marker of Greenville, and Bill (Jerry) Riffell of Ansonia; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in the St. John Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to either the Cancer Association of Darke County or the Ansonia American Legion Auxiliary.
