Lucille Mae (Good) Keeling, age 85 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday March 16, 2010 at 9:30 PM at the Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville, Ohio. She was born October 3, 1924 near Degraff, Ohio the daughter of the late Rev. John & Emma (Fuls) Good. She retired from the Springfield News Paper in 1985 where she worked in the Clerk Dispatch department.
She lived most of her life in Springfield moving to Greenville in 1989. She graduated from Springfield South High School in 1943 and was a member of Greenville Church of the Brethren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband: James “Jim” Keeling in 1980; Infant Grandchild in 1973; & a sister: Glenna Stroman in 2003.
She is survived by her Daughters & sons in law: Modena (Keeling) & Dan Stokes of Union, Mo, Jane (Keeling) & Tom Wills of Greenville; Son: Tim Keeling of Columbus, Ohio; Grandchildren: Lori Carr, Scott Wills, Kelly Wills, Emily Stokes, Michael Keeling, Scott Keeling; Step Grandchildren: Jenny Stokes, Katie Hardee; Great Grandchildren: Alex Carr, Liam Carr, Shannon Wills, Jacob Wills; Sister & Brother in law: Donna & John Grossnickle.
Services will be held on Monday March 22, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Ron Sherck & Pastor Dean Rohrer. Private burial will take place in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Donnelsville, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Progressive Supranucular Palsy Foundation in care of Cure PSP Executive Plaza III
