Carly Ann Garner, age 36 of New Weston, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday June 20, 2012 at 7:53 AM at her residence. She was born April 2, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Beth (George) Combs of Greenville and the late Jimmie Combs Jr.

She is preceded in death by her father; Grandparents: Glen & Marilyn George.

She is survived by her mother; children: Todd, Tyler, Tiffany, Janston, Wynter, Jamie, & Tristan; Grandchildren: Brent, & Jayden; brothers & sisters: Josh, Bryan, Ashley, Randy, Stephanie, Jesse James; aunts & uncles: Dawn, Caroline, & Michael; numerous cousins.

Services will be held on Monday June 25, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, Ohio. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services on Monday at the funeral home.
