Frances is survived by her sons & daughters-in-law, Herman A. Jr. & Valerie Fletcher of North Ridgeville, Ohio, William & Carolyn Fletcher of Glasgow, Kentucky, Richard & Evelyn Fletcher of Greenville, Ohio and David Fletcher of Greenville, Ohio; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Lowell Brinley of Greenville, Ohio; and a sister, Margaret Lumpkin of Greenville, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Frances is also preceded in death by her husband, Herman A. Fletcher Sr. on May 9, 1989 whom she married March 5, 1942; sons, Ralph Mikesell and Bill Petry; granddaughter, Krystal Fletcher; brothers, Raymond “Doc” Brinley Jr., Albert Brinley and Jimmy Brinley; and sisters, Esta Hathaway and Mary Bertrum.
Frances was a homemaker and a former cook at Snell Restaurant for many years. Frances was a former member of the Greenville V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Joe Soley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens in Darke County. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. and Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home.
