Shawn is survived by his wife, Nancy (Wallace) Ditmer whom he married March 10, 2000; sons & daughter-in-law, Michael & Joanna Plush of Hollansburg and John Plush of Greenville; grandchildren, Jackson, Wyatt, Dillan & Jesse; mother-in-law, Elva Wallace of Colorado; sisters & brother-in-law, Sharon & Kenny Partin of Hillgrove and Becky Silcott of Greenville; sisters-in-law & brother-in-law, Merle & Richard Lighter of Colorado and Teresa Emhoff of Arizona; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Shawn is also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Thomas Jackson Wallace and a brother-in-law, Dennis Silcott.
Shawn was a machine operator at Klockner Pentaplast of America-Whitt Plastics in Greenville. Shawn attended Northside Community Fellowship in Greenville.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Randy Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Hollansburg Cemetery in Hollansburg. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 3, 2012 from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. and Saturday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
