Julia Will, of Urbana, passed away, Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, in Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana.
She was born Dec. 4, 1957, in Limestone, Maine.
Survivors include her son, Scott J. Randall; her daughter, Rachel Nicole Grace Stewart; her grandchildren, Heather, Terrail and Justin Randall; her brother, Michael Vecera; her sisters, Tonya (Mike) Patton, Melanie (Keith) Nealeigh, Penny (Steve) Shaw, Kathleen (Dan) Ditmer and Cris (Larry) Rapier; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Fields; her mother and stepfather, Suzanne (Risacker) and Guy Vecera; a son, Uriah Randall; and a brother, Mike Fields.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at the Pleasant View Missionary Church, Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Jeff Yates officiating.
