Donna is survived by her husband of 66 years, Marvin D. Rife whom she married August 2, 1947; daughter, Connie LaVeris of Vandalia; grandchildren, Tim Roberts of Cincinnati, Jason LaVeris of Los Angeles, California and Corey & Khayla LaVeris of Columbus; brother & sister-in-law, Waldo & Pat Royer of New Madison; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Donna is also preceded in death by her brothers, Melvin & Eugene Royer.
Donna retired from Flaig Lumber in New Madison where she was a bookkeeper for 30 years. Donna was a member of Beech Grove Church of the Brethren in Hollansburg.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 31, 2014 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Dewayne Heck officiating. Burial will follow in Greenmound Cemetery in New Madison. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
