Chuck was retired.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Donnalee Shields, brother David Shields and sister Betty Dickey.
Chuck is survived by his brother and sisters in law Lester “Butch” and Marilyn Shields of Springfield, Ohio, Marilyn Shields of Brookville, Ohio; Brother in law Don Dickey of Brookville, Ohio and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday January 19, 2015 in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Rodney Robbins officiating. Burial will follow in the Abbottsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday 1 hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
