Darla was born November 17, 1942, in Greenville to the late Richard B. & Bette M. (Goodrich) Hill. In addition to her parents, Darla was also preceded in death by a brother, James Hill.
Darla is survived by her husband of 56 years, Richard K. Good whom she married May 12, 1962; children, R. Kyle & Cheryl L. Good of Hilliard, John D. Good of Oakwood, Elizabeth A. Rooks & fiancé, James G. McNally Jr. of Carlisle, Kenneth A. Good, Pamela S. & David Studebaker of Tipp City and Jennifer S. Lewis & Scott Jackson of Milford; grandchildren, Amanda, Megan, Emily, Aaron, Brandon, Taylor R., Taylor M., Samantha, Rachel, Ben and Matt; 3 great-grandchildren; brother & sister-in-law, R. Steven & Candis J. Hill of Jerome, Michigan; nephew, Theodore S. & Sarah Hill of Groveport; and niece, Jessica J. Harrison of Mason, Michigan.
Darla retired from the former Vandalia Nursing Home with over 20 years of service as a LPN. Darla, along with her husband enjoyed wintering in Florida, spending time at their cottage on Randall Lake in Coldwater, Michigan and traveling.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Todd Reish officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery in Palestine. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
