Richard L. Fourman, 81 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Sunday May 9, 2021 at 2:01 AM at his residence. He was born July 12, 1939 the son of the late Gerald and Catherine (Brown) Fourman. He retired as a welder from Hobart Bros. in Troy, Ohio.
Richard used to bowl; he loved fishing, being outdoors, gardening, flowers, and especially spending time with his family.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents; his brother: Don Fourman, and sister: Phyllis Webster.
Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years A. Sue (Shuttleworth) Fourman of Greenville whom he married November 28, 1959; his daughter and son in law: Christina and Jim Miller; his grandchildren: Michelle Brown; and Michael Miller and his girlfriend Suzette Ferguson and her son Christian; his brothers and sisters in law: Marvin Fourman, Delbert and Edna Fourman, Larry and Deb Fourman, Randy Fourman, and Elvin Fourman; and numerous nieces and nephews. Richard will be dearly missed by all including his dog Mandy.
Services will be held on Thursday May 13, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday May 12, 2021 at the funeral home. In accordance with Covid 19 protocols, face coverings will be required for those attending the visitation and services. Memorial contributions may be made to Greenville Area Rescue.
