Danny L. “Dan” Eldridge (August 20, 2011)

Danny L. “Dan” Eldridge age 49 of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away at 11:11 P.M. on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville. Dan was born November 16, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Dale E. & Viola B. (Crow) Bailey Sr.

Dan was a taxidermist.

Dan is survived by his daughters, Melissa Weaver of Arcanum and Lakota Eldridge of Greenville; sons, Derek Eldridge of Arcanum and Zach Eldridge of Greenville; step son, Justin Fitzgerald of Greenville; granddaughter, Rachel Baker of Arcanum; brothers, Darrel Eldridge of Muncie, Indiana, Dwayne Bailey of Ansonia and Dale Bailey Jr. of Ansonia; and sisters, Darla Davison of Eaton, Dolly Bailey of Greenville and Debbie Bailey of Brookville, Ohio.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Steve Peters officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
