She was a homemaker, a member of the First Congregational Christian Church of Greenville and a graduate of Greenville High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William A. Ely May 23, 1976. They were married February 9, 1946. Also by her brother William A. Turrell in 1985.
Frances is survived by a son and daughter in law William Charles & Delores A. Ely of Greenville, and daughter June Louise Ely, Greenville, Ohio. Grandchildren Michelle Boyd and Alan W. Gustafson; great grandchildren Shawn Boyd and Patrick Boyd; Sister LaVaun Mitchell of Tipp City and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday April 11, 2012 in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Rev. Joe Soley officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday April 10, 2012 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. in the funeral home.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to Hospice of Darke County.
