Doris “Jean” McIntyre age 87, of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 1:27 P.M. on Friday, May 10, 2013 at Sterling House of Greenville. Jean was born September 28, 1925 in Palestine, Ohio to the late Chalmer & Florence (Ketring) Mosier.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Kim Claudy of Greenville; grandchildren, Naryan & Debbie Claudy and Sarah & Jerrod DePoy; and great-grandchildren, Anora and Bronx Claudy and Braxton and Bryson DePoy.
Jean retired from Wayne Hospital in 1995 where she was a cardio technologist for 28 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Greenville. Jean loved to travel and read.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Rev. John Nunnally officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
