Shirley had worked as a secretary and office manager and was co-owner of Bill’s Electric Motor Service.
Shirley is survived by her husband, William F. Wantz whom she married October 8, 1960; son, William Alan (Asumi) Wantz; daughter, Jennifer D. Wantz; grandsons, Tyler & Adam Carles; sister, Virginia (Bill) Rank; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Shirley is also preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Lamb.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery New Section.
