Donna is survived by her husband, Bruce W. Varner whom she married July 20, 1974; sons & daughter-in-law, Brad Varner of Versailles and Curtis & Dawn Varner of Versailles; grandchildren, Jeffery, Olivia, Connor, Amelia, Kimber and Vienna Varner; brothers and sisters, Raymond D. Vorhees of Wapakoneta, Gary & Nancy Vorhees of Carterville, Illinois, John & Maureen Vorhees of Wapakoneta, Carol & John Neumeier of Wapakoneta, Amy & Michael Sessor of Celina, Gail & Ken Webb of Columbus and Thomas & Jennifer Vorhees of Wapakoneta; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Donna was also preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Cora Vorhees.
Donna was a Certified Nurse Assistant at the Versailles Health Care Center. Donna was a member of The Solid Rock Apostolic Church, Bradford, Ohio and founded the Adopt an Angel Program.
A celebration of Donna’s life will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles with Pastor Matthew O’Shell officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Versailles. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home.
