Connie K. Fields (September 13, 2014)

Connie K. Fields age 62, of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 6:51 P.M. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the State of the Heart Hospice Care Center in Greenville. Connie was born April 19, 1952 in Randolph County, Indiana to the late Cecil Everett & Frances Lucille (Lockhart) Louk.

Connie is survived by her sons, Ernie Byerly & life partner, Michelle MacKenzie of West Mansfield and Jason & Mandy Swisher of Greenville; grandchildren, William Swisher, Roman Swisher, Devon Byerly, Ariel MacKenzie, Michael MacKenzie and David Oda; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Pete Louk of Greenville and Tim Louk of Deerfield, Indiana; sister, Sue Crawford of Union City, Indiana; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Connie was also preceded in death by her brothers, Danny and Leon Louk.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in the Union City Cemetery in Union City, Indiana.
