She was born January 10, 1936 in Greenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Cecile (Troutwine) Beanblossom. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Douglas Harvey Marr.
Patsy had a Master degree in Nursing and was the Director of Information Systems at NYU Hospital in New York City. Patsy was a member of The United Church of Christ in Cornwall, Congregational, volunteered taking patients to doctor appointments. Pasty loved to garden, enjoyed canning and traveling.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Oliver of Greenville; step children, Shawn Marr of Westport, CT, David Oliver of Greenville, Michael and Chrissy Oliver of Olmstead Township, OH , Kelly and David Asbury of Atlanta, GA, Regan and Sean Hannon of Scituate, MA; step children, Ben, Sam, and Grace Asbury, Claire and Carly Oliver, Madison, Sean Jr., Ella, and Kelly Hannon; brother, Dick Beanblossom of Greenville; nephew, Steve and Leesa Beanblossom of Greenville; niece, Tammy Beanblossom of Greenville; great nieces, Jenny, Kate, Sara, and Emily.
A celebration of Patsy’s life will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Short officiating. Family and Friends may visit from 1:00 pm until time of services also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Beamsville Cemetery.
