Alice P. Pittman, age 100 of Greenville, Ohio passed away peacefully at 4:45AM, Monday January 28, 2019 at Brookdale Assisted Living, Greenville, Ohio. Born in London, Ohio on July 6, 1918 she was a daughter to the late George & Luwiza (Hoover) Deneca. Alice was a member of the Solid Rock Apostolic Church in Gettysburg, Ohio. She enjoyed volunteering and working at the soup kitchen, sewing, and gardening. She will be truly missed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Dewey D. Pittman, whom she married December 15, 1985, as well as her siblings and 2 great-grandchildren.
Survived by her grandchildren Howard & Ginger Lee; Crystal & Dan Caudill: great-grandchildren Jennifer Lee; Danny Caudill: her church family: as well as a host of friends.
Friends may call on the family Thursday January 31, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 PM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Matthew O’Shell presiding.
