Ronald E. Baker (January 3, 2019)

Ronald E. Baker, age 78 of Greenville, Ohio passed away suddenly at 2:35 AM, Thursday January 3, 2019 at Wayne Hospital, Greenville. Born in Gettysburg, Ohio on July 19, 1940, he was one of 2 children born to the late Delbert & Wilma (Schafer) Baker. Ronald served in the U.S. Army Reserves, and worked many years as a semi-truck driver for Case Carriage. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, in Greenville, an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing. Ronald was a member of the “McDonald’s Euchre Club” and loved to follow and keep track of his money on “Where’s George. Com”. He loved spending time with his family (especially picking on them) and will be truly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by infant brother Roger: brother-in-law’s Larry D. Grove and Carl Yoder: his fur baby buddy “Ms. Sadie Mae”.

Survived by his wife of 56 years, Donna (Ditmer) Baker: daughters Terri & Monte Clemens; Julie Baker; Ronda Evans & fiancĂ© Kevin Cade: grandchildren Sheridan Resor; Ashlee Evans; Abby Clemens: sister Connie L. Grove: beloved fur baby “Sundance” as well as many grand-cats: numerous other family members and treasured friends.
