She loved music and was in the Gem City Chorus; she loved reading, antiquing; horses and ponies and was the secretary of the Darke County Horse and Pony Association; she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters: Karen Caudill, and Kathy Holaday.
She is survived by her husband of almost 57 years Steve Deeter of Greenville whom she married September 7, 1963; her daughters & son in law: Amy & Steve Seegmiller of Selden, Kansas, & Carmen Denham of Greenville; her grandchildren: Zachary, CJ, Cami Denham of Greenville, Jordan Seegmiller of Columbia, MD; great grandchildren: Kaden Denham, & Realyn Wilds of Greenville.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday July 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Tony Price officiating. Burial will follow in Gettysburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
