Rosanne Owens, age 60 of Greenville, Ohio and formerly of Oakhurst, NJ passed away 6:55 PM Monday December 7, 2020 at the Miami Valley Hospital Dayton, Ohio. Rosanne was born February 8, 1960 in Newark, NJ and the daughter of the late Michael Cesare and Marie (Maglione) “DeSantis” Avallone as well as her stepfather Frank DeSantis.
Rosanne was employed as a professional assistant at the Adams Physical Therapy Services of Winchester, Indiana and had been employed for 19 years in the same capacity at Professional Orthopedic Associates of Tinton Falls, NJ. Also with her husband Mel, was very active in the United States Trotters Association.
Rosanne is survived by her husband Mel Owens of Greenville. They were married May 31, 2008. Also her children Michael (Jacki) Bruno of Tinton Falls, NJ and Nicole (Robert) Roselle of Greenville; grandchildren Bobby Roselle, Gianna Roselle, Tyler Bruno, Joey Bruno and Julia Bruno; brother Michael (Maria) Avallone of Ormond Beach, Florida; sister Angela Beane of Ormond Beach, Florida; half-brother Cesare Avallone of Sandusky, Ohio; half-sister Melissa (Steven) Zyskowski of Atlantic Highlands, NJ as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
As a request of the family there will be no funeral services planned at this time.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to Rosanne’s grandchildren in her memory.
