Joyce A. Gilbert, 57, of Arcanum, died Tuesday afternoon at Good Samaritan Hospital. He had been in failing health. Joyce was born March 8, 1954 in Greenville son to the late Robert and Ruby (Sease) Gilbert. Joyce had been a self employed logger in the Lumber industry. He is survived by his daughter Traci Eldridge and husband Brad of Montague, MI, son Rusty Gilbert and wife Bobbi Jo of Coopersville, MI; 4 grandchildren, Justin and Kimberly Eldridge and Reese and Bailey Gilbert; sisters Jane Penny and husband Howard, Susan Elifritz and husband Scott both of Greenville and brothers Raymond Gilbert and wife Martha, and Terry Gilbert and wife Lisa both of Bradford. Graveside Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM Friday at Gettysburg Cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to defray funeral expenses.
