David Alan Marshal (May 12, 2015)

David Alan Marshal, age 55, of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 5:17 PM at his residence. He was born on August 25, 1959 in Darke County, Ohio, to Mabel I. (Hillard) Marshal and the late Francis L. Marshal.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Fay (Barnhill) Marshal of Arcanum, Ohio, whom he married on August 17, 1985; daughters and son in law, Misty & Seth Dickens of Arcanum, Ohio, and Kristen Marshal of Pitsburg, Ohio; grandchildren, Chase Dickens, Matthew Marshal and Scott Marshal; brothers and sisters in law, Francis & Karen Marshal of Celina, Ohio, Kenny & April Marshal of Greenville, Terry & Carlie Marshal of Arcanum, Ohio, and Tony & Sherri Marshal of Versailles, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his sister, Janice K. Meade and brother, Mike Stein.

David worked at Fram for 22 years and then was a dispatcher for the Greenville Transit. He was a member of the Moose, Eagles and loved to go camping and travel but most of all loved spending time with his grandchildren.

There will be a service held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Dan Kuhbander officiating. Burial will follow in the Mote Cemetery, Pitsburg, Ohio. Family will receive on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
