Audrey was born December 11, 1940, in Dayton to the late Elden & Kathryn (Crabb) Quilling. In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, H. Dale Organ on July 28, 2012.
Audrey is survived by her children, Christine Shank of Vandalia, Richard Allen & Aurora Shank of Panama City Beach, Florida and Nicole (Organ) Gilbert & Chris Marshall of Greenville; grandchildren, Joseph R. Somers III, Taylor C. & Jessica Somers, Alyssa C. Somers, Megan & Tom Macarte, Caleb Shank, Richard Shank II, Kyle Organ, Kayla Gilbert, Kelsey & Mariah Gilbert, Ashley Marshall & Daniel Webb, Brandon Gilbert, Cam Marshall & Brooke Marshall; 3 great-granddaughters and 3 great-grandsons; brothers & sisters-in-law, Elden & Susan Quilling of Georgia, Michael &Tammy Quilling of Dayton and Gregory & Regina Quilling of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Audrey worked at Royal Crest Dairy in Dayton and later retired from Heartland Nursing Home in Eaton. After retirement, Audrey delivered the Greenville Advocate and Early Bird. Audrey enjoyed gardening, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 4, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with sharing of memories at 12:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville.
