Robert D. Redman, age 82 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 4:29 AM on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Greenville Health & Rehab, in Greenville, Ohio. Born in Troy, Ohio on December 23, 1937 he was the only son to the late John & Mary (Wilson) Redman. Robert had worked as a forklift operator at Container Corp/ Sunnoco in Piqua, Ohio for over 37 years. He also was a farm hand to local farmers and his father’s farm for many years. Robert was a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Troy, Ohio as well as the Troy Moose Lodge. He loved John Deere tractors and going on cruises in the car. He lived a hard, but good life, and will truly be missed. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a son in infancy, John Redman: wife Anna Redman.
Survived by his daughters Marlana Echeman; Robbin & Gary Cole: 9 grandchildren: 10 great-grandchildren: and many more family members and friends.
There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Abbottsville Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio with Celebrant Candy Null presiding. Burial to follow. Arrangements entrusted Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
