Doris loved to attend church at Cornerstone Church; she was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her son: Matt Smith; her daughter: Stacey Best; her sister: Minvera Smith.
She is survived by her son: Noah Smith; grandchildren: Dalton Cockerhan of Palestine, Savannah & Abby Shaurer of Jacksonville, Florida; her siblings: Ruth & Marty Harrison of Indian Lake, Carolyn & Tracy Archer of St. Mary’s, Mary & Joe Smith of Greenville, Linda & Jeff Judy of Jackson Center, Fred & Tina Smith of Greenville, Dan & Jamie Smith of Greenville, Don & Emily Smith of Greenville.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday May 22, 2020 at 10:30 AM at EUM Church 111 Devor Street, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Don Smith officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
