Amy Jean (Hawkins) Jennings, 36, of Dayton, OH, passed away, Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
She was born June 20, 1980 in Dayton, OH, the daughter of James Hawkins of Xenia and the late Beverly Owen.
In addition to her mother, Amy was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Papaw and Grandma Hawkins, maternal grandparents, Paul and Lois Owen, brother in law, Joe Jennings, and an uncle, Dan Owen.
Amy is survived by her husband, Jason Jennings of Dayton whom she married on May 31, 2003; her children, Carly, Owen and Cross; two brothers, Justin Hawkins of Urbana, Grant Hawkins of Dayton and Lathe Hawkins of Xenia; and a sister Shiloh Benitez of Enon.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Trostle, Chapman, Dunbar and Fraley Funeral Home in New Carlisle with Pastor Jeff Smalley officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends may visit Friday, July 22, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trostle, Chapman, Dunbar and Fraley Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Braund Pope Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
