In addition to her parents she is survived by her grandparents, Keith & Gail Godown of Greenville and Doug & Sheila Menchhofer of Celina, Ohio; great grandparents, Phyllis & Charlie Peck of Greenville; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to express how many lives Adeline touched while her time at Dayton Children’s. They will be forever grateful for the care and compassion they received throughout this time.
There will be a private service held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
