Wayne was born July 7, 1964, in Greenville to B. Joan (Welker) Magoto of Versailles and the late John Lewis Magoto. In addition to his father, Wayne was also preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Lee Magoto.
In addition to his mother, Wayne is survived by his sisters & brother-in-law, Sharon Jones of Fletcher, Debbie Smith of Greenville and Diana & James Subler of Versailles; brother, Bruce Magoto of Versailles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Wayne operated Rustic Hill Market. He was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown with Rev. Fr. Jim Simons celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
