Tyrone S. Wolter, age 77 of Houston, Texas and formerly of Greenville, Ohio passed away on November 4th, 2018, after a courageous two year battle with cancer. Ty was born on June 15th, 1941 in Greenville, Ohio to Merle and William Wolter.
He was a 1959 graduate of Ansonia High School, and a graduate of Miami Jacobs Business College where he earned degrees in business and accounting. Ty had a very successful career as a C.P.A. and real estate broker for over forty years in Houston, Texas. Ty was a tireless worker who would do anything for his friends and clients. Ty grew up playing football and loved all sports. He grew to love hunting and anything outdoors as well. Ty loved to travel extensively and would tell you how blessed he was to get to see places some of us just dream about. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Ty is survived by his son, Steven Wolter, of Houston, Texas; brother Ron Wolters and wife Jean of Greenville, Ohio; nephew Bill Wolters and wife Debbie of Memphis, Tennessee; niece Pam Dickerson and husband Thom of Dayton, Ohio.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at M.D Anderson, Kindred Hospice, and Humana at home in Houston, Texas.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 AM Monday December 3, 2018 in Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Jim Vandermark officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday 1 hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
