Adrian F. Petitjean age 81, of Versailles passed away at 10:15 AM on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
Adrian was born November 9, 1939, in Versailles to the late Joseph A. & Lucy (Barga) Petitjean. In addition to his parents, Adrian was also preceded in death by his brothers, Delbert & Joseph L. Petitjean.
Adrian is survived by his wife, Patricia (Kissinger) Petitjean whom he married September 30, 1961; children, Jo Ann & James Jones of Louisville, Kentucky, Robert Petitjean of Versailles and Thomas & Dawn Petitjean of Versailles; grandchildren, Jarrett Petitjean and Kaleb Petitjean; brothers & sisters-in-law, Wilbur & Caroline Petitjean of Versailles and Charlie & Pam Petitjean of Versailles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Adrian retired from Hobart Manufacturing in Troy. He was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles and the Fraternal order of the Eagles in Versailles.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles. Burial will follow in St. Valbert Cemetery in Versailles. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
