Jeremy David Parrish age 31, of Arcanum, Ohio, and formerly of Richmond, Indiana passed away at 3:21 AM on Sunday, November 22, 2020, as the result of an auto accident.
Jeremy was born June 9, 1989, in Richmond, Indiana, to the late David Jeffrey & Sue Ellen (Davis) Parrish. In addition to his parents, Jeremy is also preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Myra (Hartman) & Rodney Prifogle; paternal grandfather, David & Emogene Parrish; maternal grandmother, Rosemary Davis; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert & Roberta (Denniston) House; and aunts, Cynthia Zauner and Tressa Gierhart.
Jeremy is survived by his wife, Mandi (House) Parrish whom he married October 14, 2017; fur babies, Kasey, Delilah, Coco, Winnie, Finley and Binx; maternal grandfather, Elmer Davis; brother-in-law, Jacob House and nephews, Colton and Christian; special family friends, Tonya Revalee and daughter, Angie Melton; uncles, Mark Parrish and Scott Davis; and numerous cousins and friends
A Celebration of Jeremy’s Life and Open House will be held from 12:00 to 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Trinity United Methodist Church 112 West South Street Arcanum, OH 45304 with Rev.
