Willie L. “Billy” Turner age 32 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at 9:21 P.M. on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 in the E.R. at Wayne Hospital. Billy was born May 19, 1977 in Greenville, Ohio, to Tollie & Teresa (Bone) Turner of Greenville.
Billy was a 1997 Graduate of Versailles High School.
Billy is preceded in death by a brother, Cory Allen Turner; paternal grandparents, Willie & Alfreda Turner; maternal great grandparents, Manson & Delores Jacoby, Herbert Maze and Robert Shuck; paternal great grandparents, Roscoe & Mae Turner and Minnie & Roy Batt.
In addition to his parents, Billy is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Joan Robertson of Florida and Glen & Mary Ellen Bone of Silver Lake, Indiana; maternal great grandmother, Leveda Shuck of Florida; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A special thank you to Cheryl D., Cheryl H., Leesa, Shanda and all the staff at Wayne Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles with Pastor David Hackney officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Versailles. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
