Jacob D. Apple (November 1, 2014)

Jacob D. Apple, 63 of Arcanum, Ohio passed away on Saturday November 1, 2014 at 12:17 AM at Hospice of Dayton. He was born January 10, 1951 in Greenville, Ohio the son of the late Robert Franklin. & Viola Murel (Arnett) Apple. He worked for Dick Lavy Trucking; and served in the National Guard. He was a graduate of Greenville High School.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife: Sherry (Hart) Apple of Arcanum; his daughter & son in law: Tammy & Chris Lovett of Greenville; son & daughter in law: Rob & Robin Apple of New Madison; grandchildren: Bryce & Jayce Lovett, Steve Lovett, Ashley Lovett, Allan Lovett, Jamison Lovett, Travis Thompson, & Lindsey Ingles; sisters & brothers in law: Ruth & Dick Shurte of Fairborn, Helen & Mike Hart of Centerville; & numerous nieces & nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 8, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Rev. Terry Haworth Officiating. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association or State of the Heart Hospice.
