She was born Thursday, October 15, 1931 in Sidney, OH, a daughter of the late Charles and Inez (Tasker) Wright.
Clara loved spending time with her family. She truly loved her grandchildren and devoted a lot of her time to her church and teaching Sunday school. She loved children and taught Kindergarten thru 6th grade. After 33 years of teaching, she retired in 1992 from Greenville City Schools. Clara received her Bachelors of Science Degree in 1958 from Bethel College in Mishawaka, IN.
Clara is survived by her Husband, Andy Arnett, of 53 years, whom she married November 17, 1962; daughter, Andrea (Scott) Rowland of Ansonia, OH; 4 grandchildren, Justin (Shelby) Rowland of Rossburg, OH, Cody Rowland of Ansonia, OH, Alexa Rowland of Columbus, OH and Andrew Rowland of Ansonia, OH.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at First Church of God, 750 S. Main Street, Ansonia, OH with Pastor David Hackney officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends may visit Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, OH.
