Patricia is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Paula & Charles Godsey of New Madison, Nan & Richard Fritsche of Columbus and Linda & Mark Searls of Greenville; grandchildren, Deetra & Shawn Huntington of London, Mathew & Amanda Searls of Dayton, Danielle Fritsche of Columbus, Courtney & Matt Pulfer of Versailles and Kim & Nathan Warren of Greenville; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Sharp of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Patricia was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph William Lipps on January 17, 2009 whom she married March 20, 1948; and brothers, Richard, Earl and Jim Ungericht.
Patricia formerly worked at Woolworth’s in Richmond, Indiana and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Universalist Church in New Madison. Patricia was also a member of Eta Pi Kappa Sorority.
A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Rev. Richard Venus officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. A private burial in Greenmound Cemetery in New Madison will be at the convenience of the family.
