Marilyn K. Custer, 62, of Arcanum, died Friday evening, July 24, 2009 at Vitas Hospice, Dayton. Marilyn had been in failing health. Mrs. Custer was born in Greenville on April 18, 1947, the daughter of the late Robert and Velma (Trick) Unger. She was a beautician working for the By All Means Beauty Shop. Marilyn was preceded in death by her son Michael Custer Jr., who died October 18, 2008 and her father-in-law Harold Custer. She is survived by her husband Michael Custer Sr., whom she married December 21, 1963; her daughter Sherry Rosenberger and husband Rob of Clarksville, IN; daughter-in-law Rita Custer of Greenville; grandchildren Michael and Matthew Custer; step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; Mother-in-law Olive Mae Custer of Arcanum; and cousins. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the
Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum with Pastor Dan Kuhbander officiating. Burial will follow in Castine Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday 5 - 7 PM at the funeral home.
