Onda M. Beasley, 85, of Ansonia, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 1, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.
She was born in Jay County, Indiana, daughter of the late Harry C. and Elymira (Armstrong) Bickel.
Onda was retired from Lambert's in Ansonia where she had worked for several years.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John H. Beasley, whom she married by her grandfather Samuel Armstrong on December 23, 1944; children, Dan (Ruth) Beasley of Rossburg, Dennis (Carol) Beasley of Greenville, and Donna (Jim) Maxfield of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Danny (Lin) Beasley, Lisa (Travis) Brown and Kara Maxfield; great grandchildren, Holly, Lucy, Amber, Garrett and Emma; a great great grandson, Adian; a sister, Erma Breymier of Versailles; a special niece, Connie Barnhardt of Versailles; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 7 at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in the Arlington Cemetery near Brookville, OH.
