He is preceded in death by his parents and wife: Barbara J. (Smith) Grote whom he married June 26, 1954.
He is survived by his Brother and sister in law: George and Nancy Grote of Ansonia; Brother in law and wife: Donald and Sharon Hemmelgarn of Minster; numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family per the wishes of Brice at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Rev. Elwood Stuart officiating. Burial will follow in Stelvideo Cemetery.
