Jeffrey Brian Moorman, age 50, of New Madison, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2010, at 5:23 AM at the University of Cincinnati Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on April 30, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio, to Marcella (Ott) Moorman of Overland Park, Kansas and the late Kenneth Moorman.
Jeff was self employed as a Maintenance Worker. He was a member of the Darke County Coin Club.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his sister, Vicki Ward.
He is survived by his mother; wife, Teresa (Smith) Moorman of New Madison, Ohio, whom he married on July 14, 2000; son, Keith Moorman of Muskegon, Michigan; daughters and son in law, Miranda and Rob Hildreth of Muskegon, Michigan, and Sara Moorman of Dyersburg, Tennessee; grandchildren, Dustin Steele, Corbin Morey, Tristan Kniatt, Layla Moorman, and Zachary Peterson; sisters and brothers in law, Marilyn and James Murray of Overland Park, Kansas, and Pam and Terry Fero of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a Memorial Mass held on Saturday, December 4, 2010, at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 233 West Third Street, Greenville, Ohio, with Rev. Fr. John White celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenville, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 9-10:30 AM on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to the Tri-Village Rescue.
