She is survived by her parents; her children: Dalton Cockerhan, Savannah Shaurer, & Abigail Shaurer; brothers: Matt Smith & Noah Smith; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Monday February 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Tony Stevens & Pastor Don Smith officiating. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
