James D. Harry, 65 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Friday February 24, 2017 at 7:04 AM at his residence. He was born November 21, 1951 in Darke County, Ohio the son of the late James H. & Dorletta (Fansler) Harry. He served his country in the United States Navy and worked for 13 years at Ansonia Lumber in sales & design retiring in 2009. He also had various other jobs in Ohio and Florida.
He was a member of Christion and Missionary Alliance Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Jennifer (Marshal) Harry of Greenville; his daughters & sons in law: Jamie D. & Brian Main of Greenville, & Julie D. & Ben Sonner of Westminster, CO; grandchildren: Stella, Charlie, & Josie Sonner of Westminster, CO; sisters: Hope Lephart of Lakeworth, Florida, Zella Zabaur of St. Petersburg, Florida, Emily Brose of St. Petersburg, Florida; brother & sister in law: Dan & Nette Harry of Bradenton, Florida; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and family.
Services will be held on Tuesday February 28, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Shawn Harrison and Pastor Doug Klinsing officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Veteran’s graveside services will be conducted by the Greenville Veterans Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
