Nina Lou Williams, 92, of Greenville, OH, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Brethren Retirement Community.
Nina was born Tuesday, February 3, 1925 in Darke, OH, a daughter of the late Van and Ethel (Miller) Wilcox.
In addition to her parents, Nina was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Williams, brothers, Millard, Bud, Butch, and Jim Wilcox, a sister, Eileen Slick and a great grandson, Thomas Cottrell.
Nina is survived by her daughter, Linda Thwaits of Zanesville, OH; a son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Nancy Williams of Lancaster, OH; 5 grandchildren, Melissa Osborn, Scott Thwaits, Chris Thwaits, Jim Williams and Mark Williams; 3 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; 3 sisters, and brother-in-law, Annabel Black, Marthlea and Jim Hill, and Imogene Moores; 2 sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Wilcox and Barbara Wilcox; and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Hollansburg Congregational Christian Church with Pastor Joe Hanna officiating. Burial will follow in Hollansburg Cemetery.
Family and friends may visit from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the Hollansburg Congregational Christian Church.
