Lowell is preceded in death by his parents; his wife: Eileen M. (Stephens) Rhoades on April 17, 2017; brothers: Chalmer & Harold Rhoades; sisters: Gladys Pepiot, & Donna Fritz.
Lowell is survived by his children, Lowell D. & Melody Rhoades Jr. of Versailles, Rhonda & Pat Williams of Ansonia, Gary & Julia Rhoades of Arcanum and Judy & Harold Schafer of Greenville; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation for the staff at State of the Heart Care for their kind considerate care, and attention given to Lowell.
A private graveside service was held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Versailles with Pastor Todd Reish officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care or charity of choice.
